Jake Green is a highly experienced Chartered Surveyor with a strong background in Property Finance and Investment, he graduated with a first class honours degree in property finance and investment from Nottingham Trent university. Prior to joining Ian Green Residential, Jake worked with London’s largest privately-owned residential developer, where he managed over 3 million square feet of commercial space. His extensive experience in asset management and deep understanding of property markets make him a key member of the team, bringing valuable expertise to Ian Green Residential.

Cody Green is a Chartered Surveyor with a First Class Degree in Property Finance and Investment. Cody has a deep understanding of both the Residential and Commercial property market in London, having previously worked at Cushman & Wakefield, as well as Savills, specialising in Central London Capital Markets and Residential Agency. Joining Ian Green Residential, Cody brings a dynamic approach to the business and is passionate about delivering results. He currently resides in the neighbourhood of Little Venice.

Ian Green founded Ian Green Residential in 2004 having worked for the previous fifteen years with another well-known agency within the area. He has spent his entire career specialising in the sales and acquisition of houses and apartments in the St John’s Wood, Regent’s Park and Little Venice areas of London. Realising that clients desired far more than high street agencies could offer and more personal interaction, he set out to change the way the business was approached. Ian Green personally handles every aspect of marketing and the sale of all properties and prides himself on an extraordinary work ethic and confidentiality of his clients.
