Flurry of deals go through on Blomfield Road, Park Place Villas & Randolph Road at a combined £32mn, as 'serene' enclave proves popular with wealthy househunters.

A boutique agency has reported a trio of significant deals in Little Venice over the last month.The spring market has well and truly blossomed for Ian Green Residential, with sales on BlomfieldRoad, Park Place Villas and Randolph Road going through at a combined £32mn. All were sold in the last four weeks, said the firm, with multiple parties interested. 

The “exquisite” white stucco-fronted example on Blomfield Road was asking £7.5mn and sold in justseven days with interest from several buyers; another period stunner on Randolph Road, which came with access to one of the best garden squares in London, was picked up on an asking price of £10.75mn; and a purchaser was also found for a “totally unique” detached property from the same era on Park Place Villas, asking £13.95mn.
