£22mn price tag for large-scale, low-built townhouse in St John’s Wood

Full Article

Near-8,000 sq ft stonker on Hamilton Terrace is available for the first time in 30 years. A notable house on one of the best roads in north London has been brought to market at £22mn. It’s been over three decades since this double-fronted, detached affair on Hamilton Terrace last became available. Being one of only a handful of low-built houses on the road, the near-8,000 sq ft interior is arranged over just four floors – with six bedroom suites, three large-scale receptions and a gym.

A well-judged contemporary design scheme makes the most of the vast lateral space, and bonuses include a 143-ft west-facing garden, garage, off-street parking and a separate guest house. Launching the large-scale listing, sales agency Ian Green Residential described the house as “unique” and “a perfect blend of contemporary design and luxury living”.
